Yellow Fever is Viral infection caused by yellow fever virus. The Yellow Fever Virus is transmitted by female mosquitoes, prominently by Aedes aegypti. Africa is considered to be the origin of this disease, which further spread to South America. Elders generally possess a high risk of infection, although people of any age group may get affected by Yellow fever virus.
Who has to take Yellow Fever Vacccination?
International Travellers are advised to take yellow fever vaccination atleast 10 days prior to their travel to endemic zones.
Validity of Yellow Fever Vaccine :
Yellow Fever Vaccination once taken is valid upto 10 years from the date of issue.
Need of Certification :
W.H.O.(World Health Organisation) approved certification can be given in the given address along with yellow fever vaccination which can be valid internationally.
Who should not take Yellow Fever Vaccination :
1. Children aged less than 9 months or the pregnant women with immunity issues such as chemotherapy or AIDS should not taken.
2. People with severe allergies to egg protein.
